Gentle Yoga

Gentle stretching combined with a flowing asana practice and an emphasis on the smooth flow of breath.  This class is designed for new practitioners as well as anyone looking for a relaxing way to end your day.

Mat exercise class firms, tones and strengthens the muscles of the core body - the abdomen, lower back and glutes.  The focus is on building long, lean muscles (strength without bulk) and core stability.  All levels of experience are welcome as any of our exercises can be made appropriate for your particular needs!

Deepen your practice by exploring the Ashtanga Primary Series as taught by Sre K. Pattabhi Jois.  The class is appropriate for all students interested in practicing Surya Namaskar A & B (Sun Salutations) and asanas encompassing the entire body.  A fun and energetic practice!
